COURT EXPERIENCE: 40 years’ experience preparing exhibits, historical abstracts, reports and testifying as an Expert Witness in Superior Courts & Federal District Court on civil and criminal matters on a variety of subjects that include boundaries, right-of-ways, photogrammetry, accidents, and assault & battery cases.

BOUNDARY: Set and tagged 9000+ in the ground monuments and files 450+ Records of Surveys and Parcel Maps including Humboldt State University Campus, 4500 acres Yorkville Ltd. Subdivision, Bureau of Indian Affairs, resurveys in the Hoopa Indian Reservation, Bareilles 12000 acre subdivision utilizing patented parcels.

PHOTOGRAMMETRIC: Aerial mapping of Rockwell International Facilities at Simi Valley-Santa Suzanna; Everett Washington Boeing Facilities; Garing, Taylor & Associates Nipomo Water District, Fort Ord, Mt. Shasta; subdivided 8500 acres using analytical photogrammetry to locate water rights, road easements, parcel corners and topography to retrace GLO field note calls; highway corridor aerial mapping.

LIDAR: Consulted and supervised ground control and QAQC for extensive LiDAR mapping project of the Hawaiian Islands, Coast of California, San Francisco Bay and many others.

GEODETIC CONTROL: GNSS/GPS surveys and networks (see Projects); conventional control surveys of San Jose International Airport; Humboldt Bay and town sites, Bureau of Indian Affairs Hoopa Valley Control Network; Pacific Gas & Electric microwave facilities; settlement studies of the Greater Eureka Wastewater Treatment Plant.

HYDROGRAPHIC: Docking facilities and pulp plants ocean outfall; Wright-Schuchart Harbor, Humboldt Bay dredging.

LAND DEVELOPMENT: Planning & processing of over 70 subdivisions, subdivided 50 thousand acres of into 40-160 acre lots.

UTILITIES: Staking & right-of-way surveys for Pacific Gas & Electric and Pacific Bell for gas, electric and communication facilities.

CONSTRUCTION: Louisiana Pacific pulp, redwood and power plant facilities; Humboldt County Air Terminal; City of Eureka & Spencer Engineering, 4.5 miles of cross-town sewer interceptors, pump stations, treatment plant facility and bay outfall.

HIGHWAY: Location & construction surveys for Bureau of Indian Affairs, County of Humboldt, US Forest Service.
