COURT EXPERIENCE: 29 years experience preparing
exhibits, historical abstracts, reports and testifying as an Expert
Witness in Superior Courts & Federal District Court on civil
and criminal matters on a variety of subjects that include boundaries,
right-of-ways, photogrammetry, accidents and assault & battery
cases.
BOUNDARY: Recorded over 450 Survey & Parcel
Maps and set over 9000 monuments; surveys include Humboldt State
University Campus; Yorkville Ltd. subdivision of 4500 acres; Bureau
of Indian Affairs extensive resurveys in the Hoopa Indian Reservation;
Bareilles 7000 acre subdivision by patented parcels.
PHOTOGRAMMETRIC: Subdivided 8500 acres using analytical
photogrammetry to locate water rights, road easements, parcel
corners and topography to retrace sections using government field
note calls; Highway corridor aerial mapping.
GEODETIC CONTROL: Global Positioning System surveys
(GPS) of the City of Los Angeles, City of Stockton, City of Ventura,
City of Santa Monica,City, City of Santa Barbara, City of Culver
City, Boeing Facilities in Everett Washington and Boeing Facilities
at Santa Suzana Field Laboratory; Conventional Control surveys
of San Jose International Airport; Humboldt County bay area and
18 townsites; Bureau of Indian Affairs Hoopa Valley Control Network;
Pacific Gas & Electric microwave facilities; Vertical First
Order Vertical Net for settlement studies of the Greater Eureka
Wastewater Treatment Plant.

LAND DEVELOPMENT: Planning & processing of
70 subdivisions, subdivided over 20 thousand acres of into 40-160
acre lots.
UTILITIES: Staking & right-of-way surveys
for Pacific Gas & Electric and Pacific Bell for gas, electric
and communication facilities.
CONSTRUCTION: Louisiana Pacific pulp, redwood
and power plant facilities; Humboldt County Air Terminal; City
of Eureka & Spencer Engineering, 4.5 miles of cross-town sewer
interceptors, pump stations, treatment plant facility and bay
outfall.
HIGHWAY: Planning and construction surveys for
Bureau of Indian Affairs (20 miles), County of Humboldt (30 miles),
US Forest (50 miles) location & construction surveys.
